Summary
This PR adds
--with-node-modulescompatibility tors fmtfor opt-in formatting undernode_moduleswhile preserving the default exclusion. It keeps VCS metadata and configured ignore rules excluded, adds CLI and discovery coverage, and documents the option in English and Chinese.
