This PR removes duplicated kebab-case and camelCase option declarations while preserving both CLI spellings. It adds a typed
parseArgshelper that registers camelCase aliases and returns defined values under camelCase keys, then migrates the formatter, staged, and setup commands. Repeated values supplied through both spellings remain combined.
