Adds complete Simplified Chinese and Japanese translations of the README and links them from the English version.
Preserves commands, code blocks, tables, links, badges, images, and technical identifiers.
Validation: headings, tables, lists, code blocks, links, collapsible sections, and local paths were compared;
git diff --checkpassed. Build tests were not run because this is documentation-only.
