Arghhh,
I need to move the services to a newer springboot version ( trying 4.1.0 ), but that is not as simple as just updating the version.

Resolved the merge conflicts in commit 4a2678f. I merged origin/master, accepted the workflow deletions that happened on master, and resolved the pom.xml conflict by keeping surefire 3.2.5 with the *FXTest exclusion config.

#3891 (broken label and text update texts) requires JFX25 which in turn requires at least JDK23.

I am prioritizing this PR
It does need a bit of work regarding the services but I think we should be able to get this done soon

I've been running with JDK25 for a while, found nothing amiss.
Can't comment on spring

I am going to close this PR and approach this effort a bit more differently
We have a mesh of dependencies which has made this migration hard

JDK25 needed for the newer javafx
spring 4 needed for jdk25
jackson3 needed for spring4
spring security 6 needed for spring4
elastic upgrade needed for jackson3
all middle layer services objects need to be updated primarily json/xml serialization and deserialization

So, all this is one PR introduces a lot of changes...so I am going to try to split these up and try to get us to jdk25 iteratively

I will appreciate help with testing and reviews
