Describe the bug
Switching Log Explorer to SQL mode collapses
the user interface context:
Regression Issue
Expected Behavior
SQL mode must retain the field list sidebar and time-context
histogram so analysts can inspect available schema fields while writing custom SQL
queries.
Current Behavior
Confirmed. Switching Log Explorer to SQL mode collapses
the user interface context: the left-hand fields panel (FIELDS) and the top
timeline/histogram chart both disappear, leaving only the SQL editor and the raw results
table. In standard search mode, the fields panel and timeline chart remain visible,
proving this contextual loss is isolated to SQL mode.
Reproduction Steps
- go to log explorer
- select sql mode
