Describe the bug

The active dashboard view lacks a native dynamic auto-
refresh interval selector

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

behavior: Dashboards must include an auto-refresh selector dropdown in
the upper control toolbar, allowing SOC operators to configure automatic layout refresh
intervals for continuous real-time telemetry monitoring.

Current Behavior

The active dashboard view lacks a native dynamic auto-
refresh interval selector (e.g., 5s, 10s, 1m auto-reload controls) in the top control bar.

Reproduction Steps

• go to dashboard page
• select a dashboard
• no refresh interval option is selected
