Problem
Importing transforms lives under Series > Import > Import transforms, away from the alignment tools it belongs with, and it does not warn before overwriting existing transforms (reported by LK).
Proposed
Move it to Alignments > Import, add a "from .jser" source, and warn before overwriting an existing alignment's transforms.
Part of #66.

Importing an alignment from a series is currently under 'series > import > import transforms', which is slightly confusing... Consider moving 'import transforms' to 'import alignments' with an option 'from .jser,' and explain to the user that alignments with the same name will be overwritten.
